Jeffrey Ong

Performance Physical Therapist

Owner and Founder

Jeffrey delivers a holistic approach to helping athletes and active individuals dealing with pain, injuries, or movement limitations. He believes excellent rehab begins with a strong therapeutic connection between provider and individual— built through understanding, authenticity, and evidence-based education. From there, he blends biomechanics, pain science, and objective data testing, with compassionate care to create a clear, step-by-step plan that meets each person where they are and progresses them beyond where they want to be. Sessions emphasize a thorough movement assessment and personalized exercise progressions so patients can thrive with confidence and resilience in the activities they love.
